Yes it is OK to take them at the same time, however, you might just save the money on the Imigran if you give the O2 a chance first, I have always been told to use Imitrex as an abortave drug not a prophalactic. Note that the O2 can releve the h/a quickly, if it works for you, however if you remove the O2 abruptly the h/a may return.
