Have you tried Imigran injections or Oxygen? They are avaiable in the UK but you need to know which buttons to push - as with a lot of other things in the NHS.
There's a lot of stuff about this and other things at ukch as well as all the other things a self-respecting clusterhead needs (chat, message board etc.).
Pop in and ask - you'll get a lot of help from others at home.
