How many Doctors you know would admit "I don't know How to do that". There is just a possibility here, that if you do your research on the board here you could convince him to cooperate in your treatment. I don't know how the rest of the visit went, other than the tylenol, but if you can get a bit of control with a doctor sometimes they will work with you.
The best success I have had was getting a Doctor that would listen and work WITH me. They don't have to be some specialist or Nuero, just a Doctor that understands they don't know everything and is willing to listen to a Patient that has more of the answers than they do.
Doctors such as these are out there, you just have to be fortunate enough to find one.
