Ami... (Elavil) is a selective serotonin reuptake inhibitor. It raises the lever of serotonin by stopping the merve from taking it back (reuptake). It should keep the blood vessel from dialating. I know of one chronic clusterhead who has been pain free for 7-8 years because of it.
