try http://www.va.gov/. They have two links: 1)Health: Benefits and Service and 2)Appeals. Try there. My office is physically located 2 blocks from the Veterans Administration Office in Washington, DC. If you want me to pick up or drop off a form, let me know. I've delt with them previously as I, too, am a disabled vet.--Tom--
