It's tough to be a teenager these days--even tougher to be a parent! Daniel does need to talk to someone, whether it's you or someone else. This is also a difficult time of year for many people--seems like many people I know are depressed or have a really bad outlook on life. This could come from watching the nightly news--sounds like I'm one of these people, doesn't it? You are doing the best you can. And, probably, so is Daniel. Be strong and listen to that inner voice!
