You didn't specify how much you had done, how long ago. Did you take it on an empty stomach? As a tea or whole? What species? Were you med-free at the time? More importantly, are you med-free now?
If it dramatically reduced the intensity and/or frequency of the headaches, then the odds are that if you take a second larger dose it will kill them completely... at least that has been the experience of virtually everyone who took a too-small initial dose.
Take one gram DRY more than you did last time. Make sure it is at least five days since your last dose.
