Oxygen has been my salvation for over 15 years but it MUST be done correctly. I wrote a few lines on O2 for another board (headachesupportgroups.com) that covers a lot. It includes my method for cooling O2 that helps me a lot with the really bad attacks. The CH is usually aborted in 5 minutes or less and rarely gets above a 6 if I hit the O2 in time. Best of luck.
