I'm from philly also and was always diagnosed with a sinus infection. If you haven't been to a neuro yet, you may want to call this guy. His name is Dr. Detre and he is with the Univ of Penn neurology. The phone# there is 215-349-8465.
I'm not sure if he is the best Dr. there but he has helped me. The medication he prescribed is working but does not work for everyone. I assume you will be done with the antibiotics. I stopped treating my sinus problems once I found out what the real problem was. Good luck!
