we know the shrooms work. We know the powers that be don't want us to have them... either from intense lobbying from the mainstream medical community or from the drug companies, or from... aw hell, it doesn't matter. I'm not one to yell "conspiracy" every time the gov tries to push us into "Better Behavior through Legislation" (as IF This time, it's actually going to work) but sometimes, I gotta' wonder. Medicine has been practiced thousands of years longer than there have been "DOCTORS" and I suspect these alternative treatments have been around just as long.
