you girls have it doubly rough ... you can't explain CH to a rege-head, and you can't explain childbirth to men. my mom's the same - she wants me to go out more. i love my mom - but i'd have a rough time convincing people that was the cure even if it worked for me. maybe turning them on to this site would help. plenty of folks like John R there that have that t-shirt. and still have CH. BTW - i'm a waterboy ... it worked to bust my CH down 3 or 4 points and probably eliminate some of them. wonder what your fam would think of that? anyway - if they bring ya down - logon here for some sympathy. you got a tough one, lady - kid, husband, job ... sounds like Tami - but she's hangin' in there with us (i think?) - you two should comisserate together. see? there's lots of us. be tough. what doesn't kill you makes you stronger.
