Thanks Anne Marie. I do catch up a few hours at a time during the day, as I work at 4pm to 1am. I keep a couple alarms timed at different times around me. Appreciate the tip. Like you said, at a point, I have no choice. I keep moving a cold ice pack around the temple while med attempts to work when awoken. Will check into the Drama too.
