Fioricet and Fiorinal are pretty much useless against CH. You should be using Darvocet or Percocet, at the very least. I
use Fioricet for my ordinary headaches and getting a scrip for it from my doctor is like pulling teeth, because of the rebound-headache factor. However, when I’m in a cluster episode, he gives me all the Percocet that I want, because Fioricet is useless and Perks don’t cause rebound headaches.
