Read anything you can get your hands on. Educate yourself and get a good doctor ( that may be easier said than done ). There is lots of info here to your left of the message board. O2 (oxegen) works well for me. There are quite a few preventatives and with luck one will work for you. Get yourself a very good supporter. Someone to help you get through this. It's gona be tough with a family. I know. But my husband helps SOOO much. Both around the house, with the kids, and nursing me all at the same time. And come here to talk anytime.
