Hi...I am also from the Chicago area. I do go to Diamond and will probably be changing shortly. The clinic is poorly managed and unfortunately the staff is not consistent or knowledgeable re: cluster management. I do like Dr. Merle but am not "improving" as I would like. I am planning on seeing Dr. Robbins (well published..also) and supposedly well versed on chronic clusters and "quality of life" issues.
