I have no doulbts that I have clusters,,,and I tend to want to be alone ,,either in the hot shower,or actually hiding some where,In the level 8 and up I may scream a little or cry,beat walls , key boards,,ect. Light ,some sound ,some smells all can irritate the hell out of me.So , I wouldn't exclude CH, just because you are not head banging or extremly active during an attack. I have layed in bed many times wrestling a pillow,or just holding my head and rocking.-But see what your Doc says.
