Yes, Doug - same here in Alberta (oxygen is oxygen). My husband uses the welding tank as this is the only way we can get it.
I called the Poison Control Centre before he started doing this and they advised the danger with welding tanks is the inability to regulate the flow and the risk is tearing of the lung tissue. Let's be careful out there!!
