I am planning to stop taking it soon. I have only been on it for about 3 weeks to a month an the wonder of it was awesome. Thank you for the warning though because I was not aware of it. I a going to replace it by exercise to get the natural enporphins moving and help my spinal injry as well. A good walk never hurt anyone.
