Hi Everyone,

I'm relatively new to the site and I see all sorts of postings about mushrooms. And, I don't have a clue.

What kind of mushrooms are we talking about? The kind we took in the sixties to get high or some other kind? What's the regimen? Do you take them for some period of time and then stop or do you take them during CH? Please explain. Thanks.
