Just got on the board and thought I'd tell you that in my personal experience, smoking marijuana will almost always trigger a helluva CH. Any CH'er that asks me if it will help will get a resounding DON'T DO IT. YOU WILL MORE THAN LIKELY REGRET IT! I am sure that everyone has different experiences with different things. But that's my hard learned advice.
And crack will crack your spirit. So I wouldn't recommend it either. And yes, Jeff, I did get a laugh out of it. I'm not that damn square LOL :)
