As far as the other questions. I cannot tell you myself (As I have no Exp with them). However, I think I'm, about to give mother nature a shot (Shrooms). If this helps it would be great.
(Apparently a lot of people have had some pretty amazing results with them. No pun intended :), I would consider it if I were you, expecially if you cannot get relief from typical meds...
