this also happened to me. Never related it to CH, untill I read all the replies to your post and hey: that's the nice thing about this site!
More and more I think it's a 'syndrome' and not just a pain in the oops, head!
I don't know a solution, I only recognize myself waking up, wanting to get up and do something, but once in the livingroom I'm tired again....
No attack going on, no pain, no signs whatsoever.
This doesn't happen that many nights on a row though, but just occasionally.
