Did they put this in writing? If so, please send this to OUCH headquarters. We may use this in some of our publicity. In the meantime, go to your doctor and get a statement saying you ARE able to drive and your medical condition. Take this with you to the next hearing. I can't see where CH or imitrex or verap would hinder your driving ability in any way whatsoever.
Good grief, in Texas, they took the wavier off my license for glasses right after I came from the eye doc after having my eyes dialated when I couldn't even see. Of course I wouldn't recommend riding in a car with me without my glasses, but ... the state of Texas says I don't need glasses and who can argue with the state of Texas? I have a disability sticker on my car BECAUSE of my eyesight! Go figure!
