I often get eye twitches as warning - the twitches start a few weeks to a few months before a cluster begins. Started again a few weeks ago!! Now I am religiously taking my magnesium, avoiding alcohol, and doing anything else that might help. The twitch is annoying, but nothing compared to a new episode.
