I know exactly how you feel. I can tell that like me, you are the type of sufferer that really, really, doesn't want CH! Thanks for the exceptionally detailed feedback. What I suggest you do it obtain some spores and the associated paraphinalia (however dat spelt) and grow your own stockpile. You can either dry them or preserve in honey. Having your own supply gets around the problem where you've almost kicked it's arse... just need one more dose... and can't get hold of diddly squat :( It also means that you can be sure what you are taking is the real deal.

The bad experience on LSD probably relates more to the circumstances of taking it than anything specific to the drug itself. With all hallucinogens it's important to take them at a comfortable time. It's not a good idea to just swallow them to get rid of the headaches, like you would an aspirin. Hallucinogens require a certain level of commitment. If you ever take LSD again, then that anxious feeling will probably come back (because you would be scared it came back). My best advice would be to wait until you are in a really good mood, maybe had a couple of drinks first if possible.

I think now you've just got to sit tight for another 5 days and see what happens. Try to obtain some surplus supply in the meantimejust in case. You need to kick it when it's down. Please bear in mind not to kneejerk dose though. Wait until things take a turn for the worst first - and try not to worry about it too much :)

One final question - how do you rate hallucinogens in terms of effectiveness compared with other drugs you have taken to treat CH?

Please keep us updated.
