I want to thank everyone for their kind words and support this year. It is very comforting to know there is someone out there that understands. I have taken everyone up on their advise and looked at all the new cluster headache research(there has been alot in one year). I now feel better equipped to go to my doc, although I have to be honest and say I am still dreading it very much. I want to try the oxygen therapy this year, but I know from dealing with the docs in the past few years they are really hesitant to do this at your home. Is there any way to get the oxygen without a prescription? i have tried the water treatment for two days now without much success. I feel like I am pregnant again,going to the bathroom every five minutes. Any other advise is much welcome. Another question; does everybody else feel really tired and irratable at the onset of a cluster cycle? I am exhausted, and have alot of muscle aches.
I am really happy I found this website last year, and thanks once again for all the help. i think I have found my new home for the next few weeks/months.
