It is probably the Sircam virus. Go to http://www.sarc.com/avcenter/venc/data/w32.sircam.worm@mm.html and download the removal tool. Run it according to the directions you find there.
And... the virus probably was from the person it says it was from, although unintentional. When you get it cleaned up, send that person an email saying that their PC sent you a virus, and copy/paste this message into your email.
