It's almost certainly the Sansert (methysergide) that is giving you these feelings. Despite what your doctor says, such a reaction to Sansert is very common. According to the messages posted on this board, almost everyone who has tried it has had very noticeable reactions to it.
For many of us, the side-effects are so pronounced that we stop taking it altogether. When I was taking it, it made me VERY spacy and VERY stupid. In my case it didn't help with the CH either, so I stopped taking it... with a sigh of relief, I might add.
Some people have reported success with it, so if you can handle the side-effects for a bit longer it may be wise to continue in the hopes that it may break your cycle.
