is your spouse moaning beside you in bed when they have JUST got to sleep and are exhausted and NEED to sleep. You pray that it isn't a headache coming, and quietly get up and get ready for work. But sorry - the beast is coming no matter what, and he staggers downstairs in agony again. At least I was still there and able to give him an injection and sit with him until it passed before I left for work.
