I went through one of the shortest and worst cycles in my life two years ago. The cycle lasted about four days and at the peak, there was a period of about 24 hours where I had no relief. But it wasn't a continuous HA, rather one would be cranking down while the next one was cranking up. My wife and I were on a mini vaca and having been pain free for over a year, I didn't bring my O2. Never do that again.
