The IP number of CH.com has changed to 66.154.42.184
Although the ISP's [Internet Service Provider] (these are the guys who take your money) should update their look-up tables every night, some take a bit longer and are still using the old IP number for CH.com.
As a work around you can use in the meantime the IP number:
http://66.154.42.184/wwwboard/index.html
