Flash preserves his in honey....I believe that they
keep for 1+ years this way and also gets around the
legality issue in the UK. If you've put in the fridge make
sure that they're in a paper bag...believe they'll keep
5-6 days this way.
I'm sure that eagle-eyed Flash will answer your post, but
you might want to create a new one about shroom preservation...this
one is getting buried. I know that I have read his
method somewhere. Hunt around.
