going up to atleast 100mg...should consider going up to 150mg. by the end of the first week...then you should be totally pf....if you are getting this much sucess with 75mg, then you know it is gonna work for you...talk with your Doc and tell him about me and Barb D...I know the side effects of tiredness and tingling are not fun but there are alot better than the chs...and there are alot better than the ones I had at 200mg...plus they will be gone in a few weeks so hang in there...So happy that it is working for you...smiles,nancyc
