I just tried a full teaspoon. Even though I am currently not experiencing a cluster, my nose started dripping. Normally a good sneeze can blast a cluster away. Coating the insides of the nostrils with Orajel has a more pronounce effect, but not nearly as violent as the horseradish. My neurologist insisted on what he termed a dry out period with a medication change and I feel this was worthy advice. Caution should always be used with rebound. I do so hope you find some relief, have you ever tried oxygen?
