I don't even smoke during my cycle hoping it would help. I want to smack every doctor who tried to tell me that if I quit my HA's would go away! I would love to know where all the doc's I've seen got their degrees. I had even cut out chocolate like they told me to do and caffeine. Nope, didn't work. The only trigger I have found so far (for me) is the smell of chlorine, such as an indoor pool. Anyone else notice this? Glenda J.
