in the ER last week, The first one sent me to the ER (4 hour headache) and just after reaching the peak and on the downside, they injected me with demerol/phenergan and it went back up to the peak (maybe this isn't what you mean though...) I 've also occasionally had a twin peak on a long CH and also last week, had a sustained peak of 1 hour (but that might have been due to too much or too much/too fast of an increase in verap.
