One issue that might come up (especially if your soon-to-be ex is an a**hole) is that he might try to get full custody... by claiming your CH interferes with your ability to be a mother.
So, be thinking about how you intend to counter such claims.
Also, see your doctor, ER, therapist, etc... and tell them that your medicasl records are not to be released to anyone except you. It's already the law; but when my wife was ill, I was given full access to all her records just by asking.
