I've been using it. It's slow to act. I usually take 1/2 a tab and hit the O2. The O2 aborts the HA and the Amerge keeps it from coming back. I found that if I took a whole tab of Amerge at bedtime, I could get 5 or 6 hours of sleep without the night HA. It's called the "gentle triptan" because it doesn't have the as many side effects as the other triptans.
