Oxygen is NOT explosive. Only if you mix it with a combustible gas you'll get an explosive mixture, but that doesn't happen as long as the oxygen stays in the tank.

Theoretically the tank can explode, but for that there must be quite some heating up: at 327°C (for those used to weird units: 620°F) the pressure will have doubled. The tank is designed to withstand that pressure, but for a human body the temperature is a bit on the high side.

It's ok to warn people from possible hazards, but please don't invent new ones.
