I sit in waiting. Once a month I get an episode or there abouts. At the start of the week I had some serious pain in the middle of the night. Since then I have had all the warning signs of a further attack but I sit in suspens. When will it come..at work..home..on the train? Does anybody have any thoughts on possible preventative measures? My neck is tense my jaw and facial muscles are warn out from tension, the dull 'I'm almost hear' headache wont waver. I am almost ready to look for something to induce the cluster just to get it over with so I can go about life in a few days. Natural methods are always good, I am sick of pumping my body full of meds that don't work...marijuanna helps but damn I have to work and function too!!
