The clusterheads on this board have amassed hundreds - if not thousands - of years of unnecessary and avoidable suffering, just because of doctors having no ideas of clusters and treating them as migraines.
So it's heartening to hear that in your country there are many doctors who can distinguish between the different headaches, and therefore oppose your scam "cure" for clusterheadaches.
BTW, your buddy, the Director of Business Development of The Headache Clinic Johannesburg, could present a "clusterheadache sufferer" who was cured from TMJ by a bite plate. Where are your references?
