cause for these headaches. In a way was very dissappointed I didn't have a brain tumor that could be removed causing these headaches. I learned the hard way, that my BP would rise by running around beating my head on the nearest wall that only made the headaches worse.

I feel you may have an underlying condition that can make your headaches worse that you should make attempts to have corrected, certainly wouldn't hurt to get it checked out.

Most of us on this board are not licensed to practice medicine, but can share experiences. A visit to my cardiologist with the various run and EKG tests was just part of my efforts to learn about causes of these headaches. This info does help your neuro determine what kind of treatment he/she should prescribe, beats the hell out of the shotgun approach I first encountered.
