Wish you were my brother...(his name is johnny..but he could care less about chs) . Really neat that you are a supporter of your brother. I don't use heat for my chs although alot of folks here do...I use icepacks. I started getting chs when I was in my 20's and mine have now turned chronic. I really don't think mine have anything to do with my diet..although I can not tolerate alcohol when I am having clusters...Invite your brother to join us here...think he would learn alot...Smiles,nancyc
