I took prednisone last night and I don't know if it helped but I took Ambien before sleep and I sleep good, well nightmares, but those didn't bother me to much. I didn't get pulled out of sleep with sweat on my forehead like I had before. I don't know whayt is wrong but I will deal with it, I'm a very stubern person and "the beast" or the "hippie-jibbies" wont win.
