I went to motrin's website to see what was special about motrin migraine. There was no difference between motrin miraine and motirn IB.
If you look at excedrin migraine it has caffine and salicylate acid... in it. I understand howw that gives it a little extra punch.
I personally prefer oridus kt for an over the counter anti-inflammatory. Two does a pretty good job.
