Funny you should post that suzy, I know more Harley riders that are grandparents than not! LOL Bob does have a point about lodging though. Remember folks, the proposals are all listed on the OUCH site. Don, what exactly was meant by your one word post? "tomorrow"? Cat

I vote for any place that isn't totally humid in the summer! It's not good for my curls! Because after all, it's all about me and having good hair days! ;D I just hope I'll have a job so I can afford to go!

Welp, one of the things I was hoping to do, was go to the military travel office and discuss with them discount airfares for group travellers. The only problem will be selecting an airline. Northwest is the one that lives at Syracuse, so it would probably be with them. I have some friends in the travel business, so I'm going to pull in some favo(u)rs and see what I can do. No guarantees, as I think you have to guarantee 50 seats to get a group discount. But I will see what I can do. Just one of the things I was thinking of doing if the Northeast wins the convention. I'm so very torn between: Malibu. Where I'd come down there to help Slammy. Upstate NY. Where Charlie would have NO EXCUSE. The place with beer and wine tasting. (Is that any where near Detroit? Home of CARS!!!!!!!!!!!! Linda Howell

P.S here. In case we do it where Den and Georgia get married and I can be a bridesmaid...........I look good in Lavender, if that is to be a regional thing. I can't believe Niner-fan is so shallow, as to worry about her curls. LMAO @ myself. Linda Howell

Ummm okay so it took me a few days and I'm real slow, but after rereading the thread I finally figured out what don meant by tomorrow. Yeef, you'd think I was blonde or sumpin....oh wait I am So can anybody tell us when the decision will be made? If the northeast gets selected I'm looking at the weekend of August 8-10. Just so ya know. Cat PS Charlie if the northeast wins Linda H, Jonny and I and are coming to get you I've talked to you on the phone and you have no reason to not be with us!

The northeast seems to be the spot for conventions this year.....Boston, New York. Since it was out west last year. Most, or at least some of us can't afford to travel too far. -Todd

Cool, Linda - so you're a bridesmaid, too? Lavender works for me, too...but no hats though, ok? I hate hat-head. Jonny is best man, so I wonder who is going to be the usher? Hub? Jackie Boyd? Drummer? hmm... could be scary. I bet DJ and Jonny will throw Den a pretty memorable stag, like they practiced in Vancouver. Who gets to do Jonny's hair though? I hear Ree's a pretty good lil hairdresser.
