Glad you finally "got it" Chris. It took me 2 years to pluck up the courage to try it and I regret not doing it right away. Just push that needle all the way home boy! Just pick a fleshy bit of skin and pinch it up and awy from the thigh if you can. If it bleeds - tough, just be more careful. No major arteries of veins should be in the area. The needle looks long but is it actually far too short for intravenous injections in the thigh. Good luck John

| Same for me... i've been doing this for years eventhough i was diagnos only three weeks ago. Doing this on both sides seems to helped me more... Pegase
