Topic: one side of head worst??? (Read 701 times) |

This might be a strange thread but it never stoped me before. My Ch just switched sides and this side feels far worst than the other, even the shadows??? Is that possible, or is it just coming on worst than before?? Does anyone have one side that feels worst when you have CH on it ?????

Yes, it happens babe......it hurts more cause your not use to that side being hit (IMHO)
Its happen to me a few times, it could be that they are getting worse but I would put my money on that they are on a new side that your not use to.
Could switch back at any moment......Hang in there!!!

Ditto. And they appear to be the ones more resistant to drugs (both abortives and preventatives).

Haven't posted in a while so let me re-introduce myself... Male, 25y.o., CCH sufferer for a little bit more than 5 years. Verapamil and Lithium seem to work well at the moment.

Thats an interesting thought, I get mine on the left side.. all the time so far but I have learnt not to second guess this beast.
I'm left handed too - does that follow for anyone else or is it just another whistle in the wind?

If I remember correctly i've had 3 cycles on the opposite side. They hurt like hell on either side if you ask me.

When I first started getting my headaches, I was 17 and they would come on both sides. They happened like this for about 2 years and then went 100% to my right side.

Right-handed, almost all left side HA's. Was all left side until a couple days ago when I had a little shadow on the right side. Thought that was a bit weird. I don't remember it hitting the ride side previously.
