Hi to all of my old friends and a whole bunch of new ones. I finally ditched my old pc (that wouldn't support the new message board) and replaced it with one that jumps higher and runs faster. I had been in remission for 3 1/2 years until I got a wake up Monday morn. 3 AM and again at 5. Nothing major, maybe a 3 for both BUT then on Tuesday AM, same times, a 4 and a 5. Since I've last been on the board my health has gone south (arthritus and some other probs) and I don't know what I'd do if I got a head banging pacer 'cause I don't walk too well. But the O2 is at the ready for tonight if/when the beast comes calling. Sure wish I knew what arroused it and even more what made it go away for so long. It was the longest period of ch free I can remember since I was a kid.

Happy you had such a long remission Mr. Kip, er, Bob, Um....BobKip. Such reknown I don't know what to call you. 
I'm (thank god) not a Ch'er but I'm sorry to say I have a friend or two who is unfortunately familiar with the upper ranges of your namesake scale. Here's hoping the beast doesn't have enough strength to reaquaint you with it and that its just a fluke.

interesting...until a few days ago i didn't know what the kip scale was/is...now when i hit an 9 or 10 i can find releif in knowing there's no 11!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!....AND i think yur 15 minutes of fame should really last between 30 minutes and 2 hours depending of what part of the cycle yur in....peace!
