i just looked over my headache journal
for 2004.
I don't like it, not one bit.
No one should have to live our lives,
not even us.
What are we eating, drinking or smoking
that is causing our own hellthy normal minds
to attack itself?
I'd rather suffer a complete meltdown
than to suffer needless pain....

We deal with the hand we are dealt dear. Always know that things CAN be worse!!! I am grateful for the life I have, because it is who I am and I wouldn't want it any other way. Yeah, it's a bitch getting hit, and it takes every ounce of effort to fight it, but fortunately for me, I am episodic and always always the pain DOES end.

exquiste pain is only reserved for those who can endure, and we are strong. i can't help but think of the many nights i spend holding my head rocking frmillowom the pain out in my garage at night, and know that i was picked by the powers that be because they KNOW i can HANDLE it. don't know why, but that's just how it is. don't be discouraged, but know you are one of the few who can endure such agony, and know that you know how much valuable life is and not take for granted like many millions of people do

I am sorry you hurt I wish I had the answer to help you.
The best I can do is to say we all live through it . We enjoy every second of pain free time , and we clink to each other durning our cycles. I use to be chronic now I am episoidic , not sure if I out grew them , or I just am meaner than the beast and I ran it off. There is always hope.

Wife works in a hospital and I can honestly say you can BET on that happening. Kids with terminal cancer can make anyone humble. Many barely know what their fate is. They just deal with the pain and meds. Their parents are a total mess -- I know I would be. Now there's a genuine excuse for the "why me" whimper. Consider yourselves LUCKY - and I mean it.
